1. A strength from the film is the patience shown by melinda santiago towards the parents of every student. A weakness from the film is the lack of funds for education and the teachers will have to wait for months to obtain their salaries.
2.Melinda; because she is understanding and can relate to the students' way living in that society.
3.I learned that I should understand the value of education in our lives beacause its for our own good.
